Zoey Davidov

Half of the Heirloom Pizzeria duo in Los Angeles’s Melrose Arts District. Zoey took her love for cooking to the next level during the pandemic when her career path took a turn. Her focus turned from manufacturing large quantities of children’s apparel overseas, to opening a modest pizza shop with the goal of creating ingredient forward food in a market which lacked fast and satisfying bites. Zoey took inspiration from bread baking to create her pizza dough recipe which includes Italian flour and fresh milled organic wheat berries. When she isn’t at the shop making pizza alongside her husband, you can find her reading a fantasy book or baking cookies.
