I pursued a culinary track at the Institute of Culinary Education, where I graduated with a degree in Culinary and Restaurant Management. Later I refined my skills at ALMA – The School of Italian Culinary Arts in Parma, Italy, specializing in traditional fresh and dried pasta making.
