About
I’m Selina Nicolosi, a third-generation member of the family behind Nicolosi’s Pizza in Phillipsburg, NJ. My grandfather, Angelo Nicolosi, opened the doors in 1964, and more than 60 years later, we’re still family-owned, still making pizza, and still doing things the Nicolosi way, which, if you know Italian families, comes with plenty of opinions.
These days, I’m helping bring our old-school pizzeria into the social media world by managing Nicolosi’s content and digital presence. I get to tell the stories behind the pizza, the people and the family chaos that have kept us going for three generations.
For me, it’s about keeping what my grandfather built alive while showing a whole new generation what it means to grow up in a Jersey Italian pizza family. 🍕
