Nina Pizza was the first Neapolitan pizzeria to open in Québec City, Canada, in 2014. The co-founders, Lucie and Pénélope, were both trained and certified by Roberto Caporuscio. Building on their success, they opened a second location in 2020, allowing more women to thrive in the pizza industry and carry forward the legacy of Neapolitan pizza.
