Michele Querin is a visual communicator, event specialist, and co-owner of Gabacool Provisions, a Sonoma County-based pizza pop-up known for blending culinary precision with bold, story-driven branding. With a degree in Visual Communications from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and over a decade of experience in hospitality and events, her career has centered on creating thoughtful, high-impact guest experiences.

Michele has held leadership roles at Cavallo Point Lodge, Hotel Yountville, and Charles Krug Winery, managing large-scale corporate events, weddings, and high-touch guest programs. She also worked at Pixar Animation Studios supporting culinary leadership—overseeing administrative operations, managing budgets and systems, and designing visual assets across café and catering environments.

Today, Michele leads branding, design, and operations at Gabacool, helping grow the business into a consistently in-demand pop-up with a strong local following and sold-out services. She is a recipient of the Corto x Stanislaus Women in Pizza Scholarship and has participated in industry programs such as Fork to Future, reflecting her commitment to continued growth within the culinary community. Her work focuses on building a brand that is both playful and deeply intentional, emphasizing community, storytelling, and memorable experiences through food.
