About
Mariana Zesati Gómez is a co-founder of Ardente Pizzería Napoletana, a project born from a trip to Los Angeles, when her daughter Emilia tasted Neapolitan pizza for the first time. That moment sparked a vision that came to life on October 25, 2015, with the opening of the first location in Jardines del Pedregal, becoming the first AVPN-certified pizzeria in Mexico.
Since then, Ardente has grown steadily, with new locations in Condesa (2017), and later in Roma and Lomas (2026). In 2024, Mariana stepped into the role of Operations Director, leading the brand’s expansion and strengthening its foundation. Her leadership has actively fostered female talent, with each oven led by a pizzaiola. In 2025, she completed her training at the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana School in Los Angeles, deepening her commitment to Neapolitan tradition.
