I am 44 years old latino women from Puerto Rico living in So Cal. All my work background is managerial but never working in the food industry. Been working at Pietrini Pizza Napoletana since 2021, started as a server, then shift lead. Back in October 2024 started learning making dough with our pizzaiolo Landon Pietrini, and recently been promoted for Operation Manager, my roll is too train others specially with the dough making, oversee the dough program, develop new employees and carry our restaurant values.
