About
Lindsey's hospitality journey started at just 15 years old at Texas Roadhouse, where she spent six years mastering the art of guest service (and a few line dances). Always up for an adventure, she headed to Alaska for a summer season working on the Great Alaskan Railroad for Princess Cruises, delivering unforgettable experiences with a side of glacier views.
She later joined the Sonnenalp, a European luxury resort in Vail, Colorado, where she ran just about everything with a door: the Swiss Chalet, The Bully Ranch, Room Service, and Banquets. Her dedication earned her the title of Employee of the Year in 2010, and not long after, she earned her Sommelier Certification, adding wine wisdom to her growing hospitality résumé.
In 2012, Lindsey joined Mountain Sun Pubs and Breweries as part of the opening management team at Under the Sun Eatery and Pizzeria. Two years later, she helped open Longs Peak Pub and Taphouse, where she served as General Manager until taking on her next challenge: becoming an owner at Urban Field Pizza and Market.
Alongside partners Paul Nashak, Nick Swanson, and Darrin Gilman, Lindsey helped grow Urban Field from a single shop in Longmont to three thriving locations. While her title is "owner," you’ll still find her hosting, bussing, running food, washing dishes, and, when duty calls, making pizzas. She leads by example, with grit, grace, and a genuine love for good food and great service.
