About
Kelly Potter is the owner of Prohibition Pizza, where she blends old-school hospitality with a commitment to quality, creativity, and community. With a hands-on approach to every part of the business, Kelly has built a reputation for crafting distinctive pizzas, elevating classic flavors, and creating a welcoming place that brings people together. She is passionate about pushing her craft forward while staying rooted in the belief that great pizza is about more than food; it’s about connection, hard work, and creating an experience people remember.
Kelly has also continued to sharpen her craft on the national stage, competing in the Galbani Cup multiple years in a row and participating at the Pizza Expo in Columbus. These experiences have allowed her to learn from some of the best in the industry, refine her approach, and bring fresh inspiration back to Prohibition Pizza while staying true to the style and standards that define her business.
Deeply rooted in her community, Kelly believes a local pizzeria should be more than a place to eat it should be a place that gives back. Through Prohibition Pizza, she is committed to supporting local events, building relationships with neighboring businesses, and showing up for the people who have supported her from the beginning. Whether it’s feeding families, sponsoring community gatherings, supporting schools or simply creating a welcoming space where people feel at home, giving back remains a central part of how Kelly defines success.
