Being born to a Sicilian family I’ve spent my life around food and if there is one thing I’ve learned, it’s that the kitchen is the true heart of any family and community. My own path in this industry ultimately led me to build a female-owned business dedicated to something simple but essential: helping kitchens thrive naturally, sustainably, and beautifully.
Today, we import premium, eco-friendly SITTA wood products designed specifically for cooking pizza and elevating the food industry. For me, this isn’t just about providing clean, cost-effective fuel or protecting our environment—it’s about offering something innovative that helps restaurant owners protect their bottom line while serving the best food possible.
What I am most passionate about is supporting and uplifting fellow women-owned food industries. This business is built on long hours, shared dedication, and an incredible culinary community that looks out for one another.
