I’ve spent most of my career in and around the food world. My path has taken me from waiting tables and bartending to cooking and catering, from retail to foodservice, and even into technology, which ultimately brought me to Category Management many years ago.
My early years in Category Management were focused on specialty foods, followed by dairy, cheese, and charcuterie. Over time, my role grew from managing categories to managing and leading a team. Today, I lead Category Management at Chefs’ Warehouse, a role that brings together so much of what I love: food, people, relationships, and discovering what’s next.
What I’m most passionate about are the people I get to work with, from our own team to our suppliers and our customers. Each plays an important role in what we do and why we do it, and we simply wouldn’t be where we are today without them. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of an amazing company and an even larger culinary community filled with people who look out for one another, share their knowledge, and lend a helping hand whenever they can. That sense of connection, community, and being there for one another is what I value most in life and in this industry.
