About
Iβm Crystal. Iβm a wife, a mom, and co-owner of a mobile brick oven pizza business with my husband in Washington state.
We recently celebrated 3 years in business, and a little over a year ago we made one of the biggest decisions weβve made so far β we went mobile.
It was a risk. A pretty big one.
And honestly? Best decision we ever made.
Now we get to take our pizza all over the place β breweries, wineries, events, catering, and wherever else this crazy business takes us. Weβve gotten our name out there in ways I never really imagined when we started, and somehow this little idea has grown into something so much bigger than I thought it would.
Weβve also grown a team, which has been huge for me. Iβm not on the trailer every second anymore, and thatβs given me the space to homeschool our youngest, be there for our high schooler, and still be part of building this business without feeling like I have to do every single thing myself.
Iβm still learning as we go. Still taking risks. Still figuring out what growth looks like for us.
But Iβm really proud of what weβve built.
Pizza brought us here, but the people, the community, and watching this thing grow beyond what I ever pictured? Thatβs the part that gets me. πβ€οΈ
