Carmela has been involved in her family's restaurant for 14 years + has recently transitioned into ownership in 2025. She runs Antonio's alongside her father, Paul, who is also a member of the WPC.
She is recently got married in 2024 and became a mom in 2025; and she is constantly trying to "balance" the intricacies of running a business and raising a family.
Recently, Carmela placed 1st at the Caputo Cup in Naples, Italy in 2026 with the "Miss Americana" and proudly brings Italian flavors to Elkhart.
