Anna Crucitt

Anna Crucitt is the co-owner of Mercurio’s Gelato & Pizza in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she has helped build one of the country’s respected destinations for authentic Neapolitan pizza and artisan gelato. Raised in a family business rooted in Italian tradition, Anna has dedicated her career to mastering both crafts while sharing her knowledge with operators throughout the restaurant industry.

An accomplished pizzaiola, Anna has competed on the international stage and earned first place in the Gluten-Free Division at Pizza Senza Frontiere. As a member of the World Pizza Champions, she has represented the United States in international competitions, collaborating with some of the most respected pizza makers in the world while promoting the traditions of authentic Italian pizza.

Beyond competition and business, Anna is passionate about using pizza to bring people together. She serves on the John Arena Foundation, a program of the World Pizza Champions, where she helps organize pizza-making experiences and fundraising dinners benefiting people living with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers.
