HELLO.
My name is Marylou Leelin, Pizzaiola-Owner of Fred’s
Pizzeria. I come from a long line of bread makers and have
a genuine passion for food. I will travel great lengths in
search of the perfect dish.
When asked what my final meal would be, it’s hands down
Pizza! Fried chicken is a close second—after all, who
doesn’t like fried chicken?
Then, my curiosity began: What if I could make my own
pizza? Wouldn’t that be neat? After numerous attempts at
making dough, my obsession soon turned into a passion.
Now, I want to share my pies and slices with anyone who
craves this simple, yet deliciously versatile masterpiece!
That is when FRED’S was born.
